Vous collaborez avec l’ensemble des départements ainsi qu’avec nos fournisseurs et clients.
Vos missions principales
- Réaliser l’agréage des produits : contrôle qualité à réception (traçabilité, critère organoleptique, métrologie) et rédaction / enregistrement des fiches produits.
- Préparation des échantillons et suivi des analyses (microbiologie, physico-chimie, pesticide, métaux-lourd, etc.) et vérification de la conformité des produits.
- Traitement des non-conformités fournisseurs et mise en place des actions correctives / préventives.
- Préparation des échantillons clients.
- Participer à la mise à jour de la documentation fournisseurs et aux dossiers qualité clients.
- Gestion de l’échantillothèque.
